Sponsorship Information

Sponsorship levers are available for business and companies of all sizes. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with customers, potential customers and promote your company in the ASCUE community. We are offering sponsorship opportunities starting at just $50! Sponsorship levels are as follows:

Platinum (prices starting at $1,000)

Platinum level sponsors receive a dedicated table with Internet access in our conference lobby. Additional days can be purchased for $200 each and Thursday is free to any vendor exhibiting on Wednesday! Platinum level sponsors who confirm participation by February 1 are guaranteed one 45 minute presentation slot. Platinum level sponsors will be recognized at the top of the ASCUE vendors' web page with their corporate logo (if provided), a company description and a link to the company web site. Platinum level sponsors will also receive recognition in the printed program and recognition for supporting refreshments in the day(s) they exhibit. Platinum level sponsors will also receive recognition during the business meeting.

Gold ($500)

Gold level sponsors who confirm participation by 2/1 are guaranteed one 45 minute presentation slot (no exhibit table). ASCUE will also distribute brochures from Gold level sponsors. Gold level sponsors will be recognized on the ASCUE vendors’ web page with their corporate logo (if provided), a company description and a link to the company web site. Gold level sponsors will also receive recognition in the printed program. Gold level sponsors who contribute a door prize will receive recognition during the business meeting.

Silver ($100 in cash and/or door prizes)

Silver level sponsors will be recognized on the ASCUE vendors’ web page with a link to the company web site and will receive recognition during the business meeting. ASCUE will distribute brochures from Silver level sponsors.

Bronze ($50 in cash and/or door prizes)

Bronze level sponsors will be recognized on the ASCUE vendors’ web page with a link to the company web site. Bronze level sponsors who contribute a door prize will receive recognition during the business meeting.

Additional Information

Additional sponsorship opportunities are available! Consider being THE CORPORATE SPONSOR of one of our outings. Outing sponsors receive special recognition based on the outing they sponsor. Outing sponsorship opportunities start at $250. Contact us for more information.
