Abstract:
In the fall of 2007, Miami University received the effective practice of the year award from SLOAN-C. This award recognized Miami's adaptation of the nationally recognized, research based Quality Matters (QM) review tool as a process for the development of new online courses. This seminar will introduce participants to the QM rubric and how this review tool was redesigned as a course development process by Miami University.
