Make reservations by calling Ocean Creek's toll free reservations number at
1-800-621-2192 before May 5, 2013. Ask for the 2013 ASCUE Group 330041 to receive the ASCUE conference discounted rate. After the cut-off date, remaining block of rooms will be released and reservations will be accepted based on availability.

Early reservations are encouraged!

All Ocean Creek units are attractively furnished and fully equipped with the complete comfort of guest in mind. Special features include fully equipped kitchens, separate living and dining areas in the 1 and 2 bedroom units, private screened porches and Cablevision TV.

The Lodges:

Lodge accommodations are very convenient to the conference centers and restaurant and a short walk to the beach.

The Tennis Villa:

The Tennis Villa 3 Bedroom features One Queen Bed, One Full, 2 Twins, Sleeper Sofa, Screened In Porch, Electronic Safe, Iron and Board, Hair Dryer, Two TVs, Full Kitchen (Includes stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker), Wireless Internet Access, Washer and Dryer, 4 Adults and 2 Children, Approx. 1308 Sq Ft. *All units individually owned. Decor in units may vary.

One Bedroom	Separate bedroom with queen size bed; sleeps 1-2, 1 ½ baths	$ 119.00
Three Bedroom	Features a queen size bed, one full size bed, and two twins; sleeps 4-6; 2 baths	$ 157.00

Tower North:

The 15-story oceanfront Towers offer magnificent views overlooking the Atlantic, a private Beach Club and marsh. Tower accommodations have living/dining areas, balconies and all of the comforts for which exclusive condominiums are known. Each unit is individually decorated and fully equipped and just a short walk to the conference centers and restaurant. One parking place is provided per villa. There is a very limited number of these rooms available and will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

Two Bedroom	One bedroom with queen bed and master bath, one with twin beds and full bath	$ 220.00
Three Bedroom	One bedroom with queen bed and master bath; one bedroom with double bed; one with twin beds. Arrangement varies with multiple baths.	$ 259.00

*Add 12% South Carolina state tax and $6.00/night resort fee to all rates. The above conference rates will be honored any time prior to our following conference dates. All accommodations are based on availability. Location cannot be guaranteed.

Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is before 11:00 a.m.

Accommodations must be guaranteed by credit card or check made payable in the amount of one night's lodging. Individual cancelations are refunded with a 14-day notice less $25.00 administration charge per reservation. All reservation deposits will be forfeited if canceled 13 days or less prior to arrival date. No-shows on the date of arrival will be charged for the first night's accommodations.
